Lighting: Moderate to high lighting (100–250 PAR).

Water Flow: Moderate to strong, turbulent water flow to keep the colony clean.

Placement: Best suited for mid to upper rockwork with plenty of open space to expand.

Water Parameters: Maintain a temperature of 24–27°C (75–81°F), pH of 8.1–8.4, and Calcium levels between 400–450 ppm.

Feeding: While photosynthetic, they will benefit from evening feedings of micro-plankton or brine shrimp when their tentacles are fully extended.
