All corals/fish are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed on an agreed delivery date with the customer (delivery days: Tuesday–Friday).

Please leave a note on purchase with your preferred delivery date 😉

Combined postage is available — buy as many corals/fish as you like and pay just one postage charge.

To do this, add all items to your basket and the checkout will automatically calculate one postage fee. Alternatively, you can purchase items separately: select postage for the first item, then choose “free collection” for any additional corals and we will package them together.

We only use Royal Mail, one of the most trusted couriers, and all items are fully insured.

Local customers near Dawlish/Devon are very welcome to collect in person — simply select collection at checkout.

Heat packs will be included when temperatures are too low for safe shipping.

All photos in the listing are examples of the coral you will receive. Due to the number of corals sold, we cannot photograph each individual piece. WYSIWYG is only offered on listings where it is clearly stated.

fish are delicate miniature pieces of the ocean and require specific water parameters to grow and thrive. We cannot take responsibility for the husbandry of other people’s tanks and therefore cannot accept liability if a fish dies after being introduced to a new system. Please ensure your parameters are within the recommended range for these fish.

In the very rare event that a fish arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will happily offer a refund, credit, or replacement with appropriate photographic evidence.
